The difference that kelvin K2 makes to your wine experience is huge. Drinking a Burgundy at 12c rather than 5c from the fridge is massive. As the wine maker would have wanted you to drink it. Huge difference to reds too, I was always drinking to warm eg room temperature but my home is too warm and they needed to be 16-18c
