Apprenez la cohérence cardiaque pour rester serein, calme, concentré et disponible en toutes circonstances. L'application feel s'utilise avec le capteur de rythme cardiaque du même nom. Dans le cadre de la gestion du stress et des émotions, feel est l'application indispensable ! La cohérence cardiaque est une méthode de relaxation basée sur la respiration. Pour vous familiariser petit à petit avec cette méthode, feel vous propose 3 niveaux d'exercice : débutant, confirmé, et expert. Après 1 mois de pratique régulière, vous réussirez à entrer en cohérence seul, et vous réussirez ainsi à gérer tous les moments difficiles de votre quotidien. L'objectif de feel et d'être un outil de transition, d'apprentissage de la méthode de la cohérence cardiaque afin qu'elle devienne un réflexe pour votre corps.
