I’ve been kicked out by the app won’t let me log back in even with my correct email and password
I tried to contact them I’ve waited more then 24hours no help what’s so ever it was a struggle to connect and once connected the live image of the drone wouldn't pair with my phone even video and photos where properly working and taken but no live video I then decided to log out and log back in and I kept getting a message request failed as well as not being able to register and receive a code again …..PowerRay25

As far as I can tell, it’s impossible to create an account and login online using the app on an iPhone12.wilsonetics
I have an issue
I was using my Power Ray for the first time and the camera would not show on my phone. And the VR mode didn’t activate when I selected the VR mode. This app needs a lot of revisions, because of this, I can’t use my $800 Power Ray in the way it is intended.Wyatt Kurtz
Needs an update for iOS 14
This software makes it very unsafe to fly the PowerEgg . There are many glitches . Return to home does not work , it locks up the app on an iPad mini gen 5 with iOS 14.2 .
Needs to have a dedicated iPad app or at least tweak the app to function properly on iPad .Wordsmstuff

Since updating lost connections
Weird, I fired up my drone after some time, had video feed could control the drone. Updated as it popped up saying new version. But then lost connectivity between controller, transmitter and the drone.Javvathehuman
Great app.
I don’t know what the other people are talking about but I don’t have any problems with the app. Syncing the drone with the base was a little trouble but even that wasn’t to bad.
The app works as it should and the drone take pretty pictures and videos. Looking at buying the power egg x now.Bigjohntw
The powerray wizard underwater drone
I’m so frustrated with this highly expensive piece of junk I could pull my hair out. This drone is horrible to do anything with the pictures are bad if you can pull them up? Still trying after 8 hrs. I started to download the new app. I don’t know if it’s downloaded or not. I would not even give it one star but I had to....to be able to vent my frustration with it. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
I can’t get any help from Powerray Company, I keep getting blocked.
