This app needs a cart
There is no 'add to cart' option so I have to do separate transactions for each child instead of one single payment. Very frustratingjulieshandle

I’ve found this app incredibly handy. As a kid, I’d take money to school in my grubby little hands but in today’s world, sadly, we can’t allow our children that bit of independence. Kari allows me to transfer money to the school with ease.Flimmery

Help desk has a “live” person who can actually help!
I didn’t know how to add second child to school profile, called the help desk and spoke to Mel who sorted it out in literally 1 minute. Such a pleasure to speak to a real person who can actually help.van.doom
More choices please.
Please provide more options like being able to buy single items e.g. chips or choc or juice. Or providing combo packs with the choice of either popcorn or chips. And the chips are spicy or not kid friendly options like spicy salsa and sour cream and onion.
For example I wanted to order something to go with my daughter packed sandwich and had to select the popcorn, juice, choc combo as there wasn’t an option like that with chips.

Great app. Makes life easier
Managing payments (esp small ones) to the school for outings etc is a pain. Not with this app. Never have to worry about finding the right denominations of cash again!Very user friendly and we just love Karri’s customer service - very friendly, professional and proactive. I love Karri! It makes all those collections for school so much easier, and The reminders mean I don’t forget. Add to that the automatic entry of the event into my calendar, and it’s just perfect.jrmkzn
