Can’t create an account
Would like to open an account but the app will not let me create an account. The scooters look superior then Lime/bolt.slappy Swanson
Application isn’t working good
Every time I fuel a vehicle or I am trying to finish the rent I encounter endless errors that aren’t really useful for me, and all the time I am trying to get a code to pay at the gas station or lock the vehicle I have to pay for those errors from my own pocket and waste my time just standing waiting for it to get to work. Trying to call the info line to help me led to waiting on the line for them to answer a call😁
So it is all just a waste of my money + time

Instantly after activating the 2FA security where they send an SMS to your mobile phone number I started to get lots of phishing spam’s thru WhatsApp to the same number, the number is new and this is the only application that is associated with it, so there is no doubt about it… I just hope is not part of Traficar service the exploitation of the personal information.Show lessJuanho

Thank you for your opinion. You can easily change the language of your app to English. Select the profile tab, the 5th option from the top is to change the language. You can choose from 3 languages: Polish, English and Ukrainian.Good App, amazing service!
Althought some minor flaws the app has been decently designed and is easy to use. The customer service, the car fleet, comfort and prices are just amazing. Thanks Traficar!Dobry Bart
