Most of the poor reviews this app receives are due to incorrect email address entered at their club or other such wonders. I have worked through most of the issues at our society and the app to be fair is to blame for none…

So far, so good
Not had any problems, straightforward to book or cancel competition’s at my home club.

Awful
First of all it takes forever to get an activation email after a whole day of trying. Then when I finally got it it asks me to input my home club again which is what I had to do to set it up yet this time it doesn’t find me. Literally the worst experience. Sign in
Have been using this app for a while now and it’s worked no problem. Recently it’s not letting me sign in asked other members of my club and they have all been having problems aswell. You guys need to sort this out as the clubs use your app for scoring.SmiteY78
An active barrier to playing golf with no help
The idea is great but the system is so poor. I have moved a few times for work and when I have moved clubs there always issues and now I am at a point where I cannot enter competitions without phoning the organiser. The fact that users cannot get support themselves without relying on the club officials is really not good, especially when you move to a new club.Show lessRareReviewer100
Installed and profile lost
Installed new AP. My profile has gone. Connect to my club and AP says I don’t exist.
Try to contact developer and comes up as suspicious phishing site on web browser, so can’t report problem.
Try to go to original website and no longer exists - you get punted back to new site login.
Is shame as the old site was good and was easy to use. Easy to locate info required and could track your scores and handicap.

Great idea, poor execution
The golf club I play at has started using this app with a view to making scoring and monitoring quicker, easier and viewable in real time. Nice theory but the execution is really poor. The developers need to sack their UX team and get people in who understand what it is that golfers want from an app such as this - I sincerely hope that the club I belong to isn’t paying big money for this as it’s far from the finished article....Show lessBelfastD41
What a shambles
I am being asked to use the app by my club to enter competitions. I have Club V1 and that works and. Have this app on my phone. I can’t login with can’t find my details on the registration page but my club says I am registered and. Can’t contact support to report the problem. Wow. Tiresome
My club has started to use this app but I find it boringly long winded and tedious. The idea is you play golf for enjoyment and information should be easily entered and viewed.
It’s as though this app is trying to do too much so you spend more time than you should navigating.

Can’t log out
I used to use this a lot as does my husband. We play at different clubs and of course have different matches and handicaps. We used to be able to log out of the system and both use it. At the moment however on the app it isn’t allowing either of us to log out. And deleting the app and reloading it is ridiculous.Show lessC&J93
