No bulk trash or yard waste option
In the Bulk Trash and Yard Waste section of the app, you do not have the option to select Bulk Trash or Yard Waste. There is no number to call to tell them. I assume my yard waste will sit there forever.CarlKate
Terrible, doesn't work
This is the third time Ive tried to use this app on several different iphones. Various IOS, tried different settings with location services and notifications. I have never successfully submitted a request. I always get pop ups for "enter a valid address". My address has been valid since 1940. Ive never had any difficulty using it with anything else. Tried various forms of spelling of Road vs Rd, etc. No success ever getting past that point. Unless app. Deleting it, again.Show lessEalliet
Needs work on IOS 15
This app is buggy on lastest IOS release. I continue to get a message “whoops you have no connection “ when I click submit on any screen when I do have a connection. Cannot submit a request or update my information.Shopper ten
