Doesn’t work properly with iPad
Used an infrared repeater for my ac units that works for iPhone but sadly iPad doesn’t fit the screen and needs work
Worst smart device app
I had two devices (a switch and a thermostat) both were connected and working correctly, after a few weeks both had stopped connecting to the app. I’ve tried resetting the devices to factory setting, removing and reinstalling the app. But nothing has made it work. Completely useless dumb devices now.

Rubbish app and products.
Absolutely garbage. Bought two touchscreen light switches and they’ve literally worked a handful of times in the last two years. Don’t waste your time or money on this app or product. I’d give zero stars if I could.

App lets you connect switch then after installation you return to app and Nothing no switch not even s option ran out patients

I buy the switch but this app is a totally dumb not work
Alexa integration does not work properly
Setting up the devices are easy enough. I have a L6 3 gang switch. When I add 2 of the 3 of the switches to an Alexa group and ask Alexa to switch the group on. It randomly switches those 2 on and off and ends up with only one of the switches on.

Doesn’t work
App simply doesn’t work at all to set up a Lanbon L8. Looks like the only option is to flash other firmware such as openHASP.
Weak App
The app keeps on forgetting the names of the devices.
Connection
Is there something wrong with your app. It shows a connection error even though the connection is fine.
Absolutely fantastic smart home system
Purchased a lighting system for my full house from Ectrix smart home (UK agent) and works very well!!!
