Deserves negative stars
Current version is UNSAT. These apps were not ready for launch and remain buggy. Forget about filing a travel claim via the PCS App. It does not accept devotions from its narrowly defined program and could easily result in a Sailor filing an erroneous travel claim. I have a very simple travel claim and cannot submit accurately via this app.
Quite frankly it is embarrassing that we are asking our Sailors to use these apps.

Don’t waste your time
I was recommended this app last night and can’t be more disappointed is not working at all.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Multiple apps are not downloadable, constantly crashing. Most of the features don’t work for this to be considered a full not a lite or beta version of an app!

This new application for navy standards is TRASH! I would give it negative 5 stars if apple would let me.
Not user friendly and can’t save previous scores like the navy PFA app lets you! neither do the scores stay the same. Doesn’t work
If I could give this negative stars I would...
Freezes every time I try to open the app. Surprise surprise, the Navy made something that doesn’t work... who could have guessed.

Disappointed
It’s extremely disappointing that a message is released to all hands about an APP that is highly recommended to be beneficial to our career, and we should download it and use it, yet it doesn’t work.
Apps don’t download
At first I was thrilled to see so many helpful apps all in one place. Unfortunately after downloading a couple apps, it just stopped. I would pick an APP click the GET box then ....... nothing. If I was able to actually get to any of those seemingly awesome apps from that one place, it would have been so helpful for so many troops for so many reasons. I really hope you get the bugs worked out because this app could really make my life so much more productive. Thank you and good luck.
