  • Easy to use

Great easy to use version not too many adverts 👍🏻
  • Too many ads

The further you go the more the ads
  • Great game

The game is smooth and not buggy. The ads are a bit long sometimes, but I don't mind them if a game like this can remain free. I would like opportunity to unlock other modes more quickly without having to pay $10. The free way to unlock requires an obscene amount of gameplay to unlock one additional game mode.

  • Ads, Ads and More Ads

I bought the original version of this game and was prompted to download this newer version. There was no option to continue playing the old version. In the old version I had options to play different games. In this version I have to get experience in order to play a different game or of course I can pay. I'm currently level 16 with almost 50 wins on hard but nowhere near enough to unlock a new game. An ad comes up after every game that requires time or several taps to move on.

  • Gin rummy

Addictive.. couldn't wait to get the points required to go to Oklahoma.. having trouble leaving it alone
  • Enjoyable

    Good spare time play.
  • Addictive but frustrating

The further up you go in levels, the more likely the AI will get a gin or big gin while giving you two or less moves. Also, it gives itself "undercuts" fairly frequently. You can play perfectly and still have no chance, but it lets you win enough that you continue to play.
  • Game versions locked out

I enjoyed the old version, made the mistake of "updating" the game which has resulted in me now not being able to play the other game versions without "unlocking" them.

Gonna delete this one and try elsewhere, unless I can reinstall the old version?
  • Pretty good straight gin, but...

You will not get the card you want.

Still here? Good. I play this often. It runs in streaks. For me, it's currently in beat-down mode. I won four out of about fifteen games just now.

Little patterns emerge, as expected with a machine. If, for example, you need a seven of clubs, you will always see a seven of spades. When you are holding eleven to fifteen points, very close to being able to knock, the machine will go out. Tons of instances. The number of times I've been held from getting to 100 when my score is in the nineties is vast. It wins hand after hand after hand, by one point or a similar low margin.

Perfect for gin lovers who are also masochists.

Sometimes the pendulum swings back and I get some good winning runs. It just feels like — not lately.

Free, which is good. It has more bells and whistles than I need, but others may enjoy them. Shuffle up and deal!

  • Fantastic Game

It always keeps you thinking about what cards the other player may or may not have. Also, you have to either take a chance and go for gin or knock and get some points on the board. It keeps you alert.
