Transaction takes forever and unprofessional customer service
I reached out to customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect with anyone initially. After several hours, a representative returned my call and informed me that there was nothing she could do and that I would simply need to wait indefinitely. This lack of support is disappointing, and I feel my experience was far from satisfactory.
She also said that if you don’t like that, she will request refund. Isn’t it ridiculous?
It seems there may be a need for additional resources and training within the customer service team to better assist clients in the future.
