The new app is not good

Account locked

jmp3021, we regret to hear you are locked out of your account. We ask that you try and reset your password by clicking on Help>Forgot or Reset Password>Submit>Account Number>Account Type>Last 4 of your SSN>Zip Code>Verify. Once you have completed this process you will be asked to reset your password with the following criteria; 8 characters or more, including 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Please keep in mind that your username and password for the Mobile App are separate from Online Banking. If you change your password in Online Banking it will not change in the Mobile App. If you are still having issues after you have followed these steps, please reach out to your local branch representative so that they can work directly with you in resolving the issues you are experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Bryansbbg, we regret to hear you aren’t able to sign in. Since the app is new and different, you will be required to create a separate username and password. If you are still experiencing issues after you have created a separate username and password, please contact us directly or email us with the closest branch location so that we can serve you better in the future.
