Easy Peasy!

Great app, super simplicit ! Understandable and can find all the information I need in the click of a button!

Issues

Constant problems trying to login to the app. Half of the time it won’t even load the login screen. I always have to uninstall the app and re download it. And then only does it work again half of the time. But when the login is working properly it’s a great app.

Good app... when it works

Haven’t been able to even get to the login screen for two weeks... the loading screen just spins its wheel at me indefinitely. Tried deleting and re-downloading and that didn’t work. Bummer!

The new app is not good

I like the idea of the fictional laity of the new app vs he old one but there are bugs everywhere in the app, making navigation very difficult. For instance, it doesn’t move the text box based on where the keyboard lays when you’re editing your budget and savings plan.

Account locked

Can login online just fine using my username and password but I try using the app and “account locked” and need to reset password.

jmp3021, we regret to hear you are locked out of your account. We ask that you try and reset your password by clicking on Help>Forgot or Reset Password>Submit>Account Number>Account Type>Last 4 of your SSN>Zip Code>Verify. Once you have completed this process you will be asked to reset your password with the following criteria; 8 characters or more, including 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Please keep in mind that your username and password for the Mobile App are separate from Online Banking. If you change your password in Online Banking it will not change in the Mobile App. If you are still having issues after you have followed these steps, please reach out to your local branch representative so that they can work directly with you in resolving the issues you are experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Great App

Works great to view balances, transfer between accounts and make deposits.

Broken since last update

“Account is locked” message after update. Called the bank and I was told to re-register. I have done this multiple times. It still says my account is locked. I can log into the website just fine. Looks like I’m stuck having to find a computer any time I need to check my balances.

I can't login

When I downloaded the app I understood that it needed a change of the account login information. And I have been using this app for awhile. But I can't login anymore. I had reset my password to my whole account lately so I had thought that I could now login on the app.. but apparently it still says that the account is locked and to contact my financial institution. I can login on the website with the new password just fine. So the app should have let me in as well...

Bryansbbg, we regret to hear you aren’t able to sign in. Since the app is new and different, you will be required to create a separate username and password. If you are still experiencing issues after you have created a separate username and password, please contact us directly or email us with the closest branch location so that we can serve you better in the future.
