Hello, to be fully compatible with the new DIVAR Mobile Viewer APP v3.1, we highly recommend upgrading your DIVAR hybrid/network recorder to firmware v3.1.0. This version can be found in the Bosch Download store (https://downloadstore.boschsecurity.com/index.php)
DIVAR AN
In DIVAR Viewer app description clearly says that it will work with DIVAR Hybrid/network OR DIVAR AN ...... Bosch ... please provide your customers with functionality that you advertise !!!! Port forwarding was always configured. It stopped working after app 3.1.0 update.
Version 3.1.4 did not fix connectivity problem with DIVAR AN.
Is there any update for compatibility with DIVAR AN? It has been almost 8 months since this app stopped working after 3.1.0 update.

Can’t make it work on my IPad Pro

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The DIVAR Mobile Viewer is designed for a Smart phone and we do not support tablets like the iPad.
