Can’t hear sound on saved videos
Hi,
I’ve uploaded some very important videos in your app but I can’t hear the sound from them ?! How can I fix that ? Please help.baloo667

i used to use this app with no issues, now i’ve been trying to save videos over and over again because it’ll only do one at a time IF THAT!!! I’ve been opening and closing the app over and over again constantly getting ads while the app struggles to even work. I’m very disappointed with this app as it used to work seamlessly.Show lessEbola boo

Just a bit curious as to if the development company can read through or see the things that I put into the app such as bank details and passwords and such, is it stored locally or is the data passed though a server held by the company? Just asking in terms of a privacy stand pointGoldenDanish

I used this app to hide pictures I was taking of emails I found on my boss’s computer that said that the employees they were sent to would be fired if they discussed salary. My boss was suspicious of me after he returned to his computer and went through my phone, finding nothing. I later sued him with the evidence and it was revealed that he paid women $3 less an hour than men, when his emails were investigated it was revealed that he used the lower pay to pressure women into performing non-consensual sexual acts. He was forced to pay thousands for this lawsuit, and was put in prison for 36 years (basically life as he was 52 when sentenced) in a subsequent lawsuit regarding the sexual abuse discovered in the former. I have nothing but gratitude for the people who made this app, thank you. 🙏Show lesssollie27

Dial 9111% on your Calculator# main screen, and an immediate "Reset Password" popup will appear on your screen. In this popup, you will be able to see "Yes" & "No" so tap on "Yes" and follow the procedure ahead. Terrible. All of my data got deleted and I will never be able to get all of my photos back. My life is quite literally ruined even though I literally backed it up on iCloud and everything I still lost everything so thanks a lot.Hila Habibi

Once you have deleted your data without unlocking it, there is now only one way to retrieve it. By reinstalling Calculator# and accessing the Dropbox storage associated with your Calculator# account, you can recover your lost data. I forgot the pattern and when i tap on forgot pattern its sending an email to my mailbox with a 6 digit code to reset my app but the problem is i am not getting that where should i enter that code because every time i open the app it only wants me to enter the pattern instead of a code. Horrible service
The first time I bought this app and my cellphone was broken, I lost everything and there were no way to recover anything. I bought it again this year and now they do not give me the paid service or option. It keeps asking me to pay to have full access. This is a real scam!nohracecilia

When you lock your data in your phone, your data gets locked in your phone only. Hence when you change your phone, your data does not get transferred to a new phone as it was locked in the previous phone only. When you change your device, you have to recover your data through this process: In your new phone login into your App Store account & install Calculator# and access the Dropbox stored in your Calculator# account. From here, you can recover your lost data. But make sure that you can only recover your data if you have a paid version of Calculator#. Thank you, Calculator# Team.
