I am disappointed
I purchased OrdNett for $80 a few years ago and really loved it. Now when I try to open the app it says I need a Gyldendal-bruker, which I am not able to create. I would really like to have access to this app again so I can learn Norwegian, and don’t understand why I cannot register my account I purchased a few years ago. Please contact me.

Cannot download the biggest of the dictionaries
I was very optimistic about this app for its advertised downloads of dictionaries for off-line use. Despite several attempts, I cannot download the largest of the dictionaries in the four-dictionary assortment that came with this app that I purchased. Upon failure of the largest (and most important for me) dictionary to download, a popup window alerted me to a problem with the download, and directed me to uninstall and reinstall the app. This did not work, and I tried this several times.

App not working
Downloaded, clicked on it, and all I see is a blank screen
App crashes on start
Afte updating to the latest iOS (12.1.4) the app crashes when starting. So after paying a subscription of around £100 a year the app isn’t even useable. Not good enough.
