Can't register
Can't even register because it won't pull up my local dry cleaners or any local cleaners for that matter. Not sure why my dry cleaners sent me a link to use this app.

Unable complete registration
Registration process is difficult and doesn’t make sense. It was tripping over my email because it has a “-“.
Unusable
Since the last update, I cannot select a pickup date without the app crashing.
