Clunky and slow
The app is slow and the search engines aren’t appropriate eg you can’t just look in the menu for dresses. When you look at an item and go back you end up at the start again.
Using the website is better, however the many pop ups you get diverting you to the the app are annoying.
Maybe a female shopper should be helping the developers make the app more user friendly, as it’s clearly not been made with the female shopper in mind who is short on time and wants a quick look at some fantastic clothes.Show lessnaki73
