我是中國地區的用戶，這個英語軟件真的太垃圾了，容易閃退，售後服務特別差，不解決問題，進階的閃卡也一直不補發用戶，2023年11月11號花了2300買了入門和進階，承諾史上最低價，結果兩個月不到就入門加進階就只要1198 ，這麼自殺式的降價是否要隨時倒閉了？毫無誠信可言！ 幫我這段評論翻譯成英語waz ccff
