Had to replace faulty unit. App would not let me Add New Device. Deleted app and data and reinstalled. Still didn’t work.

I have the quantum bluetooth wireless T.E.N.S. Massager and it requires this app in order to use it but this app stop working so I can’t use the product anymore, It’s so expensive product to go on waste, fix your app!!!
Rarely works
The download app does not work regularly. It is hard for this app to recognize the pads.
No continuous setting
I bought the unit on Amazon for period cramps and realized there is no option for continuous stimulation. All are pulses/massages that are ineffective for managing constant pain. I hope the app developers add an option for continuous stimulation for this type of pain. My pain goes away until each wave ends, then I’m hit again all at once:(
