App advertised in English but is actually french when you download. There appears to be no way to change the language.

My store is UK, Iβm currently in Spain but the app is in French π€·ββοΈ

The description is in English, but when you download it is French and no way to change it.
Why is it in French?
Once downloaded, the location is France and the descriptions appear only in French. There is no way to change the location or language. Iβm in Tennessee. π Fabulous idea and Iβd use the app often if I could choose my location and language.
Screenshots lie
Screenshots show English. However app is in French only.

Can't specify region
The description was in English, the screen shots are in English, when I opened the app I can't change the region and language from France. I'm in California, nowhere near France. There's no clear way to adjust this.
