    It’s constantly never letting me even get the the login part it’s stuck loading most the time
  • Poorly Designed banking app

    Touch ID has been taken away now for some reason, app is glitchy and only works when it feels like it. Haven’t been able to check my balance all day, because the app will not load.

    I maybe can go one day with being able to log in and see my accounts then afterwards it always says User Blocked when trying to log in. Call the credit union and they can’t help you, just say delete the app and try again. That doesn’t work. Makes me want to find another credit union or bank.

    I hate the fact that I was logged out of the app. I answered my security question wrong. Now I’m blocked from both the app and online web browser. Why can’t you give me the option to redeem myself before blocking me and locking me out. Why do you not have 24/7 after hour service for stuff like this. I can’t make it to a bank all the time to transfer money. Not to mention the people in the branch are no better at getting me logged back into my account. Since it’s been a week and I’m still locked out. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

  • What happened to Touch ID?

    It happened very recently, but all of a sudden I was logged out of my account and now Touch ID isn't enable anymore and I can't see an option for it!

    This was a great and simple way to check my account balance, but now I have to put my password in every single time and it's stupid. For that matter I might as well use my browser.

    Also now, the app has been glitchy for me lately. Idk what happened but I really loved this app and now I'm about to delete it.
