User Friendly and Easy to Use

I would love to share my experience with S2B mobile app as i open my company business account with SC Pakistan this bank is only bank in Pakistan which offers mobile application for the business account holders.

My S2B mobile app experience so far has been absolutely brilliant with no regrets very stable and user friendly which is great for people like me who like to see real time transactional activity on the go.

I am an iPhone 16 Pro user and facing no issues like other users who left low rating recently.

Bien Joué to S2B development team for their outstanding work keep doing the great work and keep bringing exciting updates to make the S2B mobile better than ever.

Userunfriendly

The app does not meet expectations As you are limited on what you can do.

Logining is too slow.

Bad UX

What is preventing these large banks to make a app with good UX? You have the money, you can hire the skill - which only means you don't have the will.

User unfriendly

The help button doesn’t even work and allow a search, so trying to troubleshoot the endless problems is impossible. Wish I’d chosen another bank.

Awful

Confusing and difficult to use, used to have a much simpler system for small companies. As they say, it ain’t broke, don’t mend it… SC has completely messed up….

Complicated

It’s a nightmare. So unintuitive.

Slow and unstable

Very slow and sluggish also nowhere to log out sign.

Hi jambo simba, currently you can logout from the Dashboard or More page, but appreciate your feedback. We are working continuously to improve our client experience.

Worst customer care

While trying to log in the system ask for registration again. While complete the registration get the successful registration email but while go for log in the system again ask for registration.

Anyway, going to call the customer care team designated for Bangladesh, nobody never receive the call.

What a worst service!

Blank Screen

After the App goes into background mode and switches back, the interface has a white screen and no information is displayed.
