    Logining is too slow.
  • User unfriendly

    The help button doesn’t even work and allow a search, so trying to troubleshoot the endless problems is impossible. Wish I’d chosen another bank.
  • Worst customer care

    While trying to log in the system ask for registration again. While complete the registration get the successful registration email but while go for log in the system again ask for registration.

    Anyway, going to call the customer care team designated for Bangladesh, nobody never receive the call.

    What a worst service!

  • Blank Screen

    After the App goes into background mode and switches back, the interface has a white screen and no information is displayed.

    App won’t open at all after latest update. Keeps crashing as soon as I click on it.

  • Great app! Just cant create transactions on the go

    Love the S2B app, easy to use, fast and secure. Just dont like that I have to look for my laptop everytime I need to create a transaction. If i can approve on the go, why can’t I not create on the go? Especially since I already have approved Payees.
