I really enjoy this game, however a downside is that you can not turn off the chat at all. I am playing on an iPad Air 1 and the support button does not work either and just freezes the game. The swearing on the chat is horrible. There should be an easy way to turn off the chat and report offenders or change the age for the game to mid teen instead of 4 and up. If there is to be a chat, it would be perhaps better to have select phrases that can be used instead of people being able to type in what they want. It really takes away from the game as there is bad language and people constantly asking what gender each is and their age and asking to date or asking for phone numbers. The platform should take more responsibility and adjust the way the chat functions in my opinion.
