A simple, clean app like this is really nice. I hope your girlfriend likes it!
My recommendations:
1) Allow notifications. This can be useful for setting reminders with water.
2) Allow change of units from CC to Ounces for water, and Celsius to Fahrenheit for temperature.

Could be promising....
Could be a helpful app, but it would be nice if you could set up reminders throughout the day for tasks. Also, there did not seem to be a lot of explanation. For example, there is a category for deep breathing. The app gives a brief description of "roll breathing", but does not fully explain how to do it. I deleted for now. I hope there are more detailed features in the future. If you are looking for a very basic tracker, this could work for you. Just not what I was looking for....

An app that changes my life
I have been worried about hydration for a long time but once I use this app this totally disrupted my horrible life routine with this. Highly recommended.
