Pickup orders are a bit wonky
Most of this app works well. Where my problems occur is with scheduling mobile orders. The system will generate a time at the beginning of the ordering process and then will modify the time at the end. Sometimes it will schedule the pickup for the following day. And if an order is accidentally placed there is no way to cancel it

Simple and Efficient!
There are a lot of food ordering apps out there. But this one is a cut above. Very simple interface and so easy to customize and edit your orders. Very impressive!

I do not see an option to add a purchase if not purchased via the app. Very disappointing that they took away the punch card.
Cannot Use App At All
I like BCB, but the app is a mess. I’m now logged out and stuck in an endless circle— I signed up with Facebook. It fails to connect. I try the email I used and it says already in use by social media account. I’ve sent feedback numerous times and no fix. Using late iPhone Pro Max fully updated.
Few Quirks But Good Overall
Overall this is nice to use. Wish there was a dine-in option. We have to select pick up and then take our sacks to the table. There also isn’t a place for adding a water to the order when we don’t need a soft drink or iced tea. The grumpy guy who works at ours gets really irritated when we ask for water cups. Also not sure how it is supposed to record points. I have an account and my credit card stored and have used the app two or three times already but nothing shows up under my points. Am I missing something?
