    Most awful app ever I hate it but thing is it would be the BEST APP if you didn’t have to pay for pretty much everything! Yes I know you get a free drawing every day with extremely basic skills but pretty much every other colouring app can do more than just a couple of colours and a fill bucket. PLS PLS PLS make it free this would be the best app!

    Long story short, do not get it and expect to do anything better than a bucket fill on a line drawing with like 4 colours. Unless you want to pay a fortune.

  • Cannot Use the App

    You have to pay to be able to use this app. You cannot even get into the app without dishing out some money. I did see a few responses from the developers or whoever it was saying you can still use the app because there is a “free” section. If there is a free section, you cannot get to it because there is no way to get past the subscription section without buying one. If you want a good coloring app that actually is all free search in the App Store for “Adults”. It is a good one and all FREE!!

  • Costs money to play

    At first I was extremely excited to play this game because I searched free coloring games and this was one of the ones that popped up. After downloading the game and looking through almost every category I only found one coloring page that was free. As someone who just wants to enjoy life and not have to pay for every little thing I feel that there should at least be a category of free pages to color for people who are unable to pay ( like myself ) or simply don’t believe in paying for something that theoretically won’t matter in 20 years from now. I’m sure it’s a great app if your willing to pay but if you can’t or won’t do not download this game you more than likely will only be disappointed that you can’t enjoy this game like everyone else.

    Hi Buddy, There is a “Free” category in the app, which has many free pages to color. You will find it if you color by category. Hope this helps and you are able to color more pages in the app. The Chroma Team

  • I want to like it even more 🤔

    Good but could be great. Some of the pop up menus get aggravating after a short while. You should be able to override certain pop ups with “don’t show again”. The color menu is too close to other functions. Put the tools in a tidy bar that can be hidden easily. In short don’t get me started.

  • Features removed

    I originally found this app recommended through a number of blogs. And when I first downloaded it, I loved it. There was good balance of free vs paid functionality. There was a significant update a few months ago and most of the free options (the options that made this a highly recommended app) were changed to options you need to pay for. I can barely do anything compared to what I used to be able to do. I understand developers need to make money but it is disappointing when functionality changes so drastically for those already using and advocating for an app.

  • Good App, Good Customer Service

    I had been having difficulty with the app after an update and I received wonderful feedback from the Developers. I was soon able to resolve my issue. I really appreciate that they took the time to look at my feedback and help me get my situation sorted out. I am much, much happier with the app now. It is fun to use and far more functional!

    Hi Flywheeling, Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. There is a setting that allows you to color inside the lines or outside. To color the complete image or blend beyond the detected borders in grayscale AI-generated images all you need is to turn lines off. We re-tested this on our end and can color the entire image seamlessly.   • After Your Latest Update, It Is Impossible to Color

    You updated your app after receiving feedback from your users and I was so excited to try it out. My first design attempt, an AI image, was a disaster. The image would not color in completely no matter which brush I chose. Even the pain bucket left blank areas. The blending brush failed to do any good. I tried numerous times. Reinstalled my app. Upgraded my subscription. Nothing helped. Horrible.

    I next tried a regular drawing that any user can color. Now it is impossible to switch back and forth between the paint bucket and brushes and the paint bucket leaves exposed areas throughout the image. If I try to color an image using just a brush or pencil, it is like I am using an eraser.

    So whatever was done to improve the app only made it worse in nearly every imaginable way. I have already emailed the developers three times, once with photos. I’m thoroughly disgusted.

  • Tonal bar

    There’s a sliding tonal bar at the top that’s supposed to make the color brighter or darker it doesn’t work. It was so frustrating to try to use the free version because you’re already limited of colors but then to not be able to adjust the tone when clearly you’re supposed to be able to diminished the use of the app… the total bar would’ve worked I could definitely see myself using this app as a free alternative. But I got to say, the free version of the Lake app is much better. This is coming from a newbie far as coloring apps go & I’ve only used these two. & I downloaded this one, after reading several rec’s online.

  • Some Good; Some Not So Good

    I’m still trying to decide if this app is for me. I’m enjoying the update that includes new brushes and the ability to blend colors. But posting to the Gallery is a nightmare. Trying to view new submissions—mine or anyone else’s to the Gallery— is nearly impossible. And there is almost no customer or tech support for this app. So if a problem arises, as a few did for me, the user is on their own. I think the Developers could do some further tweaking to get this app in better shape than it is, and I think for the subscription price they charge, they should.
