Horrible customer service
Constantly unable to log In due to service outages. Also if you have a fraud charge you can’t just dispute it in app like other banks. Or even call their 800 number. They make you physically go to a branch and sign a paper and won’t give your money back for 3 weeks.Never works
Constantly have to close the app and manually enter in my login information.
For whatever reason it seems as the app only works from 9-5 with their operating hours. Considering banking elsewhere with how frustrating this app can be.This app is ancient.
If you want an app that experiences “technical difficulties,” multiple times a day causing you to
not be able to log in to see your balance leaving you hoping you don’t get over-drafted, is NOT user-friendly at all, has the visual interface of Windows 2000, then this app is perfect for you.
