Slow to update, doesn’t allow you to view leaders
Not that great, bogs down. The structure is good, but doesn’t update leaderboard during tournaments. Slow to update.Alman79

Just used app for Jaycees fishing contest.
Server crashed and digital live well will not allow you to enter your fish.
They admit to server issues
They will not work with you to accept alternative entry
They will not refund your $

Great Idea with a lot of flaws
If you aren’t the one who paid for the tournament and you are on the team, you can’t check results, leaderboards, or anything else. It’s a great idea but unless you pay the money, your teammate has to bug the other team member to give him updates etc..Cubzfans19

Actually, you can always see the results on the website by looking at the live leaderboards. Sorry you had trouble in your team event... You must have been missing some information because this is not how we recommend that directors manage team events... you can contact us if you have questions but we hope you will try a different tournament. Divisions?
I tried setting up a tournament, but the app won’t move past divisions. It states “One or more element required”. I input the information but it will not allow me to move to the next step. Bummer because it sounded like a cool app.M8B6608

I love the app it tracks your fish all in one place and is really easy to use. this is the second year I’ll be fishing in a fish donkey tournament it’s awesome.Nghtmr
Customer service and app design.
This app is perfect for a quarantine tournament! Staying six feet apart is easy when you don’t have to even be on the same lake as the other anglers in the tournament. It’s designed very well and allows you to completely customize your own tournament. We’re all having a great time competing!
Also, Darren at FishDonkey is awesome! It took less than 12 hours for him to get back to me. He took time to message me and explain everything. He also answered a ton of questions for me and got my tournament working perfectly. Big thank you to Darren and everyone else at FishDonkey. Did not work
We had a virtual tournament on Saturday and the app did not work for any of our 12 fisherman. Don’t waste your time. It’s a good thing that we did not make this a paid tournament. Very disappointed!!!MyaHowe

Love this, but would like to see more countries & fish added. I’d love to use this app in the UK, how do I add UK species to your pre set list? Also to add UK to the location list 😎Leopard_Pagan
