Addon

You Should Add An Addon Button That Takes You To A Page Of Fake Or Hypothetical Planets That You Can Add But It’s Your Choice To Add It Or Not

I want to release a different app for that

It’s fun

Some of planets I would of never if it wasn’t for this app and it’s just fun finding different planets

Space Travel

This is an excellent program in many ways. The graphics are terrific and clear. The scientific information in the program is awesome. There is one serious suggestion I would make however and that is that all the terrestrial planets basically look alike with just different colors and higher or lower hills. It would be a lot more fun if you could have life forms on the planets to be investigated. If you want to be pure in your transmission of facts about space you could simply have a category of planets for "fictitious planets" and those could be the ones with flora and fauna. Without the amusement value of having flora and fauna the program rapidly becomes repetitious and looses it's luster for the average player.

Thanks! Most of the potentially earthlike planets look the same because the majority of them are tidally locked and that does not leave much for diversification. One face towards the star and the back is always frozen. You can check Kepler-1649 c - it is not tidally locked and the textures are more diverse there. I won't be adding any life forms, because that would imply we have found life forms on exoplanets. But I am working on a new app, where you can create your own planets.

it’s cool BUT…

This guy was quite cool BUT it desperately needs nature on the planets like earth and stuff like that they don’t have nature and it just makes it look really bland and like a really crappy game and also it would be cool if you added some aliens but it’s not just a design choice with the nature it’s a necessity

Hi! I've only been able to add rocks on planets, tried adding trees but they also spawn underwater and that's an issue. If I find a way to limit the spawning somehow by height, I'll be able to add more stuff. But things like humans, cities, roads, I won't be adding in this app, it is not the purpose of this app to make a 1:1 version of the Earth.

New ideas

Make it, so you can see different planets when you are on a another planet. For example, when you’re on Mars, you can see earth or if you’re on the moon, you can see earth oh, if you are on earth, you can see the moon and add trees and make it that so you can swim in water.

App used to be awesome but latest update broke it

My son would love going to the lava planets and swimming in the lava.

On a recent update, you now burn up if you try to swim in the lava. Weird that this change was made, it made a very kid-friendly game a little more ‘violent’.

Worse than that though, the sound and music have stopped working. No amount of fiddling with the settings or removing/reinstalling the game will get the audio back.

Sound works in every other app on my phone, but not this one.

Please fix it! Make lava swimming an option please.

Hi! I didn't know about that, I will make a note to add a setting to remove deaths. So you will check that in settings, and you will be able to swim without dying. Edit: I have fixed the sound issue in version 3.7.0 and added the invincible mode in the settings (it is off by default)
