Alert tone broken
This latest update has broken the alert tone on iPhones.
When the app is open, your selected tone (in the app) plays fine.
Once you close the app, if an alert comes in, it uses your system default tone for voicemail.ghjrfjudcnf

Thank you for your patience, we have released a new free version last week which now plays the correct ringtone in the background again, please update to version 2.6.6!IPV6

I am glad to inform that the new V2.6.2 support now IPv6. Please let us know how is your expierence with IPv6. your MOBOTIX TeamWould love to use it
At the time I can not use the app because I am unable to import the settings file. Oddly enough you can export a settings file from the app… but it can’t even open that.jscongdon

Thanks for the feedback. We can confirm that the Import and Export function of the APP is working in the latest Version of the APP and this import issue was fixed in late 2021.Disaster
You can keep renaming the app to whatever you like but this disastrous QT app is unusable, unintuitive and keeps me wonder how I could spend so much money on Mobotix hardware.alphasixtyfive

Unreliable. Stopped working, so had to delete the app and reinstall on the iPhone.L1TEY

Updated to latest version
Now camera won’t connect! Rebooted and reset but no. Interestingly the iPad still works, as it’s on the older version, won’t be updating that! Sort it outMattscam360

Thanks for the Feedback. Since this Feedback is from 2019 we would suggest to use the App Version from 2023.Needs more work
Playback is a little crappy and the new version does not allow you to delete a site.Alarmparts.ca

Thanks for the Feedback, since 2018 we have add a lot of improvements to the APP and we suggest to try the latest Version from November 2023.
