It really is an awful casino
They lure you in, waste your time making you believe it’s a generous and fun casino with bonuses and generous payouts and then they flip the switch, it turns on a dime and becomes simply awful. Few payouts, bonuses stop entirely and you’re lucky to get even break even returns. I wish they’d let you know up front who they are rather than do the whole manic switcharoo marketing approach. Just like with a person, don’t put on airs, let us know who and what you’re all about so we don’t feel taken advantage of when the real you emerges. Uninstalled!

Great app when it works
I really enjoy playing these slots except when the games won’t load. The daily and extra challenges are fun except when the slot games you need to play won’t load. I’ve tried all the fixes I could find online to no avail. It takes all the fun away when you can’t complete the challenges because of game mechanics. Almost feels like they don’t want you to succeed.

Crappy App Support
Reported a problem with a particular game days ago, nothing has been resolved. I gave all the information regarding the problem. I cannot play any games because it’s stuck loading the problem game, Pharaohs of the Nile. I can’t get my player ID etc because their issue won’t let me. This game has been an issue for at least five months, I’ve tried it a number of times. This time however it’s gotten worse. Do better in resolving problems and maintaining your games.

Not trustworthy
Did not receive my blackout sticker day credits, tried to contact support twice and did not get any answers. I don’t trust any of their deals, and credits do not last!
