Not bad but...
Seems like a nice app but there are just not enough lessons to justify paying for premium subscription! What’s the deal? If the developers are not ready to provide sufficient lessons then they should not roll out the app or advertise it at all! Otherwise I think it’s really got a good potential.SHOLA

I am thrilled with the way that the app teaches Chinese in such a effortless and engaging way. Especially pinyin which I find hard to grasp but this app makes it easy to understand and implement.多米尼克联邦

Fun and Interactive!!!
This app is very different from some typical language app I used. It feels personal because it's in a chat form. In everyday life, we communicate through messages and chats. I think Eggbun did a great job of incorporating language into something we use everyday. Sometimes I forget that I am learning a language because I get so caught up with the chat box.
Learning a new language can be very challenging. I get bored easily doing the same thing over and over. This however, has a fresh way to approach things. It is not as expensive as some language apps. I used Rosetta Stone and I paid a hefty price. The Rosetta Stone lacked what this app has to offer. Rosetta Stone approach is more about learning the phrases and vocabulary. This one also does but it also explains why that character is what it is. I think it's a great foundation to understand the ins and outs of the characters so that you can remember it long term.
I would recommend this if you want to learn Chinese in a fresh and modern way. It has some nuggets of explaining the culture and the idea behind the word. I think they can definitely expand this for beginner to expert. There are few things they can improve but I think they are on a great start!Show lessSerray8
