This app is no longer opening, and frozen when attempting to.
Tired of lock not working
This app and the device are no good. Battery doesn’t last long, app 99% of the time doesn’t work. The app take so long to communicate with the lock. A lot of time I want to let people in, either the communication to the unit or the unit will not function. Weiser needs a massive update
Used to work
I’ve used this app/lock for a couple of years. It even worked through the internet for a while. It now only works when you’re in Bluetooth range.
Unfortunately, it appears they’ve just cut their losses and given up. The support several years ago was good. Yes, I’m running the most current version.

Terrible and ZERO support
Never works, lock is always unavailable, doesn’t work remotely. Tried calling Weiser, they told me to call Apple, Apple told me to call Weiser. Will never use this company again. Do not buy this product.

The lock is always “unavailable”. Why make an app for the lock if it is unusable?

Batteries drain
Last 6 months I ve had to change batteries in the lock 3 times. What’s going on all of a sudden to be draining batteries like that ????
Worst App in the app store
This never connects to the weiser lock. I constantly get lock unavailable while right in front of the device. Homekit integration is the same...its absolute garbage.
