Started crashing...
Was a mainstay for match days and keeping up with news. Has just started crashing on startup every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. iOS 17.4.1. Help devs!
Won’t let you see other team fixtures
Last season you could click on any team in the premiership table and see the fixtures (and scores). They’ve take this feature away… why 👎
App not fit for purpose
I cannot get into my ticketing account through the app at all. I have deleted the app on more than one occasion and it worked intermittently.
I have spoken to at least two different people at the club office who say there is no problem. I have done everything I can think of my end to try and sort the issue. I’ve asked the ticketing office staff to pass on messages in the hope I can get this sorted, all to no avail. This has all started since going over to ticket master. Is there anyone, anywhere that is prepared to help me resolve this issue or am I going to miss out on tickets etc. because at this point for me it’s not fit for purpose?

Tickets feature doesn’t work
Only reason I downloaded the app was for the tickets feature. Signed up, clicked the confirm link but I’m stuck in a loop any time I try to access the feature. I’ll give it 15 minutes, otherwise it’s getting uninstalled
Revert The Updates!!
All previous updates for the past year have only made the app worse!! Bring back the live scores from around the leagues page!!! And also bring back being able to click on games to see lineups, stats, commentary etc. !!! Why did you get rid of these features???
The app is rubbish now
The new version (2020) of the app is very poor. The developers should know that there is widespread disappointment at the new app, a significant back-pedal from the previous version. Videos don’t display, headlines are cut off, other club is games not shown in summary view. Very poor update generally. Who thought this version was a good idea??

Not suitable for iPad
This version updated automatically on my iPad but it does not work on it. On my iPhone the app is fine.
I use iPad for videos and live streams of matches, so this is hopeless. Now need a fix or an iPad friendly version urgently as live stream matches have started for the end of this season
