Best fasting app I’ve found so far. No subscription, gimmicky groups (No, I don’t want to share my eating habits on social media 🙄) or unnecessary features.

Good and simple
Very good app. Simple to use not overly complicated with fasting theory or guidance. Good for the novice and experienced faster. Would like to see better end and start notifications, but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!!nicgeo1
