why i dont see my fb photo in game , its already bound my account.
Banning system is terrible
Please fix the banning system it’s unfair to your players who loses integrity by simply losing a game (FYI losing is part of the game believe it or not).
I recently lost a match and I did everything I could to win but the enemy team simply bested us by having a better comp and synergy. Kills were given to the over powered enemy heroes(not willingly of course) and we just couldn’t make a come back, by the 10 minute mark everyone was 1-7-0 on my team my team did not want to surrender but wouldn’t fight as a team either and ignored going for the turrets they just wanted kills, so strongly believe we lost the game convincingly, but someone had the bright idea to report everyone else when we all equally did terrible. I was reported for feeding and I lost integrity but my deaths was all involved in team fights and defending my base, idk what they expect should I stay in base and avoid dying? No I had to take a risk with the team to win. Now if I ran down mid and purposely gave enemy the kills then yes I deserve that report but no I got for simply losing. Most likely the developers won’t given read this but I stopped buying skins to support this game when they simply don’t care about their players they just want the money.
Perhaps I should just report every player who has more than 3 deaths in their KDA since this is how the developers define feeding

Absolutely Incredible
This is by far one of the best games on iOS. The controls and mechanics are pretty close to flawless and the heroes are balanced. Teamwork is a must if you want to win games. The only downfall though is sometimes if you don't have friends to play with you get queued with garbage players. But besides that a fantastic game!!!

Bugs bugs bugs
Had hope for this game since it’s the closest thing to dota 2 on mobile, but the game is plagued with bugs, and undesired features no one asked for, patch notes don’t reveal anything about game play, just ads about future cash grabs, idk of this is a competitive or a weekend at Vegas, has a strict punishment system that hurt players for simply losing or having technical issues which btw is caused by the devs themselves if you read the other reviews they offer the excuse that the game requires 1 GB of free memory, a problem that does not I repeat, does not exist in similar games no wonder why the ratings for this game is so low they put monetary gain over quality, every week they just try to milk their current player base out all they have while doing absolutely nothing to create a functioning product. It even has game modes you have to pay money just to be able to play I’d rate this game half a star but no one will see this review if you haven’t started to play game then there is hope just skip over this one you’re better off without it play any other mobile moba just not this one.

Hello, it is possible that some apps are left running in the background and hence this causes update fail. Another possible reason is that you face sudden internet drops and thus your this happened. Please don't close updating page and try again.
Terrible Ranking System
I’ve been playing this game since S2. But I am done with this game from today. I’ve been reporting about this stupid ranking system since S3 until today. I made suggestions about new better ranking experiences (Rewarding & Deduction of Season Points). Today, I played 7 matches. I got total 15 points from winning 4 matches. I lost -31 points from losing 3 matches. Onmyoji, AoV and MLBB has fair point rewarding and deductions system. Lost -1 star from loss or get 1 star from winning unlike how your game giving random points. After playing 9 seasons I think you guys deserves 1 star. Because you don’t care about our suggestions but our money. I waited along time for the change. Now I am going to move in to other moba game which deserves my money. Bye

The game is fun, but if you play I don’t suggest spending money on it or playing ranked, as mods of the game have built a toxic online community that can literally report for anything and you’ll have integrity deducted. I spent money on the game and played an event and was not given the appropriate rewards, i submitted a ticket and they basically told me I was out of luck unless I had dates times and screenshots of the purchase of tokens and each time I played the event. Even though this was obviously an issue on there end. It’s not like I dropped $20 bucks and then came back and wanted stuff. I spent far far more and was not even given the courtesy of them looking into what I was talking about. I have submitted a few different tickets in regards to the game and not one issue has been resolved I am told sorry we cannot do anything at this time.

does not let me in
I was not allowed to enter the App a few days ago when I stopped stressing with tasks, I decided to play Heroes that had been abandoned for a few months, the fact is that two days ago everything was going great. good fights, I played online with my friends from school, but my problem started, it tells me not to update it correctly which is wrong, and then, I'm eager to play it again, and for me to use my free time for Heroes Evolved is very necessary, thanks for your attention.

LAG and more LAG
I’m not sure what the deal is but after a recent update I’ve been lagging too much. Other players seem to have this issue. Browsing throughout the game it’s fine. As soon a match starts, I start getting pings around 100 up to 400+ and I know this is not my internet connection as I have a very good unlimited 4GLTE cell plan and 100MB home internet. So, I tested on both platform and I still lag. I’m not me of those player who has invested a lot of time and money in this game but little mistakes like this will cut your fan base to half. I’m soo close of uninstalling this game and move on to a different Moba game where I can ENJOY the game rather than be frustrated and getting penalized because the Devs failed to test their product before releasing their update. Come on guys, FIX IT!!!
