  • Wasn't bad when they were C3 but now...

    This company (which is now owned by Watts) has gone downhill ever since they were bought out. The website and the accompanying app have gotten worse due to implementing pagination wherever possible. So it takes you longer to find and edit the data that you need to work on. There's also a lack of a back button on a majority of screens on the mobile app. Forgot something? Good luck! Delete it and start over from scratch!

    As a water utility, we needed to save time without creating a headache for testers. It was promising at first but I can see a day when there will be better choices and we'll end up making the switch to something else that's not as difficult to use.

  • Cheap app made by cheap developers by cheap company

    This app is ridiculously bad. I can’t believe a company of Watts stature would have such an unfriendly and unusable product. From adding customers to simply updating your gauge information, nothing is easy. Try to add a parent company-good luck. Disappearing gauge information-normal. Difficulty in getting needed help right away-ain’t happening. I’ll update my rating when you get rid of your current developers and get a real company working on your app. Good apps aren’t cheap and cheap apps aren’t good!

  • HUGE TIME SAVINGS!!

    What an amazing app, I have been doing backflow tests for over 20 years. Using Syncta I now have more time to spend on other services that I offer to make more money. I do around 1000 tests a year and have saved over 200 hours. AMAZING!!

    I would recommend this to any company or a looking to get away from paper submissions and be more efficient with their data collection and communication to all water districts that I submit to accurately and successfully the first time.

  • Great software and well worth it!!

    The C3 Backflow app works great.

    My company started using C3 about six months ago. We are extremely happy with the outcome and service that they provide. Not only is the software economical and works with today’s changing technology smart phones, but their customer service goes above and beyond to get your company set up. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years looking for a good paperless software system prior to C3. After train just about every other software company out there C3 hits the mark on all of our needs and only cost us a fraction of what we have spent in the past.

  • Great app!

    I am happy there is finally a solution I can use to track and submit backflow test results on my iphone while in the field! And it is so simple to use.. Thank you C3!
