  • Completely useless app

    I chose this company because of their addresses and competitive prices but was shocked to see their app completely useless and had to use the website. You can see who the mail is from and that is it. Now I see the app hasn’t been updated for 4 years and honestly it feels like the app was made in 2008.
  • Very limited in app

    You need to use the website for everything except check your inbox and what to do with those items. The website company as a whole is great the app needs work.
  • Terrible service.

    I was sent home 4 hours away because I was 10 minutes late.
  • Forwarding

    Feature Request: add forwarding to this mobile. That's literally the only reason I ever log into the web UI.
  • Services is 5/5. The app, not so much

    I love the service. It's an absolute life safer for expats. The app is almost not usable at times.
    -you can't see how many scans you have left in the app
    -pdfs don't load often and I have to force quit.
    -tons of ghost notifications after I delete mail.
    -can't batch forward from the app.
    -can't batch scan from the app

    It should work more like Gmail but it is a proprietary approach and it doesn't work well.

    How come I can’t request pickup in the app?
    I have to go to website to request pickup.
  • Awful Customer Service

    After many tries by phone, not one time did anyone pick up. Giving them access to a credit card is inadvisable. 👎👎👎
  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Omg- I’m so disgusted with the service I just received today! I’m sure this is a small business so the young lady other than Jamie was HIGHLY RUDE. I called for assistance with the Ps 1583. After getting a Welcome call last week from a guy-I’ve been attempting to get my form notarized. My bank is an hour away- during a pandemic 90% of notaries here are CLOSED (to the rep-GOOGLE THAT). Finally I found one before she was headed on vacation. There’s no clear instructions on how to complete the form or what’s needed. So I called as they say “we’re here to support” right, WRONG!! The notary tells Jaime she can’t put her seal on there Bc there’s NO BOX. (I drove 15 mins to her). Now I’m on hold with Jamie and another girl jumps on so I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF. She tells me “I’ve had plenty of people in NC complete this so this sounds like a PERSONAL PROBLEM”. Excuse ME!!! Wow- the notary apologized to me for HER. She doesn’t even know her. My question simply was would authorization and verification be sufficient with the notary’s signature. FINALLY I GOT A YES AFTER 12 mins of my time waisted by a RUDE person. THEY DON’T EVEN SAY HOW TOO UPLOAD THE FORM TO THEM. Will I recommend- absolutely not. Don’t be fooled by the initial phone call. When you need REAL ASSISTANCE-they’ll get real nasty.

    Never had a problem!! They we even open on Sunday …so if you have a issue A REALHuman is there to solve your issue and not a blasted machine recording!!!The customer service is superior in that recently I had a billing issue because I lost my card and canceled it and forgot to update the system and they sent a friendly note saying that there were some issues with the standing card on fileAnd to look into it whenever I get a chance. It was that whenever you get a chance part for me that won me over!!!!Low-cost an amazing services with superior customer service I can’t stress that enough!!!

  • Absolutely and highly recommend!

    I found this website while surfing the web for a virtual address. This business provides low cost service but the service is amazing! When you sign up with them, they send an email and call you with a welcome message. Then you sign a document to either allow or not allow them to open your mail so you able to see what it is. I recently had a situation where I wrote the address wrong on a package I was mailing out because I have a business, so the box was going to be sent to the virtual address instead of my home address. I sent them an email, asking how to get the box sent to my home address because I live in NY and my address is in Idaho. They kindly sent me an email, explaining what to do. When the box was received by them, I went on the website, followed the forward mail procedures for the box to mailed me to, they charged my account (each wasn’t expensive either!), and the box is on its way to me right now. I had no idea what my experience would and I was nervous, but this business has been so helpful and there customer service is so responsive. I highly recommend using this website, even if I didn’t have a business, I would just use them for personal reasons as well.
