When you press next level you watch a add and you have to watch 2 adds in the game to get tools and when you hit what Santa says it says review app it makes me made and I will never get a game from this user ever againnaaaaater

Worst game in the universe!
I just want to play but then I get an add right once I get in the game. Then I start playing and you can use only two tools. Then it says you have to pay. Why can't we just play the game a little without something asking for money?! Then, you can't even get a different character to do surgery without paying! It doesn't even help you understand surgery! And of course that's because everything costs! Someone needs to fix this, and until someone does, no one should get this bad app!Kat Kotula

I don’t have anything like hate to this game. I think it’s good because you can learn of what happens in the surgerys but you have to pay for having the tools for every time you play.
