App wouldn’t work
Tried ordering a special on the app but it kept saying select store even though I selected one and so I called the store and ending up having to pay more because they said we cant give me the online special on the phone. Not happy at all, will be considering a different pizza store next time.JayTStacks2
Garbage
Who ever designed this app didn’t do a good job at all. I was not able to select my store or even place my order. I can not make an account or do much of anything else.

Absolutely garbage. Wasted 30 minutes of my time
I have used this app before and had problems every time but always eventually got the order to go through. Tonight I tried non stop and no matter what it crashed every time. I would highly suggest you fix this headache very fast New Orleans. You will lose customers if this crap continues. I will try it again next time I am ready to order but, if the issues haven’t been corrected I will no longer be a customer. Worst Pizza Restaurant App of All Time
This review can’t even explain all of the things wrong with this app. Firstly, it works maybe 0.0125% of the time. It always will give you New Orleans pizza locations that are hours away and never will show you the New Orleans Pizza that’s in your own town. Secondly, there is no reward system at all which so many businesses are doing. Lastly, amidst this pandemic going on, everyone will be doing things online or on an app, how could you not put more work on it. Compared to how Dominoes and Pizza Hut is set up is exponentially better.Show lessdrummerboy2009
Not a great app
It took a while to get it set up and working to order a pizza. The app also does not work with the store on timing. The app tells you 20 minutes even if the pizza will take over and hour.Lucytucker
Never works!
I have had this app for well over a year and have never been able to order a pizza. Very disappointed that they are trying to keep pace but can’t manage to make a simple form work.ColdDrakeQueen
Rarely works. Super frustrating
One of the most frustrating apps ever. My postal code is always invalid (meaning I cannot order online), password always comes up as incorrect (even after doing “forgot my password “ and copying the reset password right into the field), and the app generally just has so many glitches that I’m deleting as soon as I finish typing this review.
