This device does not work at all. The only thing I was able to do is download the app. I could not get it uploaded.
Horrible product / horrible service.
I can’t set it up because it says the link to active is corrupted. Them no one answers me at their support service. Am returning it. Very disappointed.

Initial setup was easy,but push notifications would was not helpful...
Just pointed my to the phone settings...
Which were already setup correctly.

Not happy
Initial setup was easy but push notifications would not work. Support was not helpful... just pointed my to the phone settings ... which were already setup correctly.
After a couple months it stopped working, just now getting back to it. Resetting password or setup new account gives certificate error. Apparently support doesn’t understand what that is. Which makes me question the security of the app.
Figured out my old password and now the app won’t detect the camera.
I’m a software developer so this isn’t my first rodeo. The app had some potential but seems to have flaws and the security now concerns me.
Too bad, the camera seems to be pretty good. I may just trash the whole thing!!!

Won't connect to my wifi
Set up was easy and camera worked great even remotely for about 1 week. Now I get an error message when I use the app, it is a long message that I can only read part of and then it disappears and I can't access my camera. The error message reports that KViewLife is trying to connect with a server that is pretending to be KViewLife! No luck getting tech support on the web site. Aggravating

Great app
I've used other monitoring apps before and this one is much more user friendly. The design is great and guides me through setting up. The app is also integrated with social media making it more than just a monitoring app.
