So Much Potential
City Xerpa needs to update its algorithms to be consistent with actual delivery time. Currently, it is (current time + 5 minutes). This is incredibly stupid.
Also, whether you pre-schedule an order or you select ASAP, you end up in the same queue. Why schedule an order ahead if you are put at the END of the waiting list?! You’re literally better off doing an ASAP order and not scheduling ahead. This is ridiculous.
Do better, or hire better Product Managers. There is so much potential here but very basic concepts are forgotten from the user experience.
