  • Disappointed

    I purchased a SxS with the pro box top already installed. I was so excited to see the LED lights. However, your phone has to have service to change the lights. The first time riding at night and I could not see the road because of the lights. I could not turn them off until I had service. Now unfortunately they stay off. Seriously, 3 years since you updated the app is ridiculous! Most people ride sxs without having phone service. Worthless when you can’t control the lights.

    I spent a lot on this pro box and the lights won’t change it has ONE setting and that’s it NOT WORTH THE MONEY
  • Won’t work

    When you spend the kind of money that probox customers spend on the product, you expect it to atleast work. I paid extra for my lights and they won’t turn on. App is junk and not helpful at all.

    App is junk. I had to unhook the battery on my SxS last week to get rgb to turn off on my probox speakers 😡
  • Can’t get it to work hardly

    I can barely get this app to work please do an update or something. I have a $4,500 pro box roof and the lights barely work.

    Lights turned off one day haven’t been able to turn them on for a good 6 months now

  • The music

    I can only play songs in the app and hardly any songs will play. When I find a song that plays and want to change it the app closes out. It’s more frustrating than anything.
  • Functionality minimal

    This app works fine for basic lighting functions on your RGB speaker lights. However you have to run all of your music from inside the app to make it play the styles like jumping where it changes with the the beat of the music. Honestly I would be fine with using the Glo-Pro app for everything except I haven’t found a way to create playlists inside the music portion of the app. Additionally I have had the app show I’m playing one song and it’s actually playing another. So then I switch the song to another and it continues to play the same wrong song. A lot of glitches but hopefully they’ll continue to improve the app.

    I use an iPhone to operate the app.

    You can use iTunes. You just have to set the lights to the setting you prefer, except the one that changes with the beat, and then exit the app and play music from iTunes.

    Will not connect to controller either. What should I do?
