One Million Steps is an affordable fitness fundraising challenge that anyone can take part in, from any location, without previous training and raise money for good causes It’s a hundred-day journey with mindfulness, Pilates and strengthening exercises to get you feeling good and doing good. Individuals walk a million steps in 100 days (500 miles) while fundraising for causes they care about. Charities receive a branded charity page with integrated fundraising, and the opportunity to widen their pool of supporters and see 6 times the return of investment. Businesses receive affordable tools and resources to support staff health and wellbeing while fulfilling their corporate social responsibility and giving back to the community. Use the app to: · wirelessly sync our pedometer with your mobile device · or use Apple Health (HealthKit) with your favourite pedometer device · track your progress and goals, · compete in mini-challenges · follow friends on leader boards · and fundraise for good causes Track Your Progress · Steps – did you reach your daily goal? · Total Active Time - try to reach 2 hours a day · Active Mins – get those cardio minutes by walking a total of 45 mins a day at three miles per hour pace · Active Hours - Stop just sitting around!
