Don’t buy VIP! Lifetime Membership NOT Supported!
I paid $20 for the lifetime membership with their initial app called “StoryArt” then they stopped supporting that app and created this new one and renamed it Artory. They say that you can restore previous purchases but you CANNOT. Total waste of money and really shady business tactics. Don’t buy anything premium from these developers, they’re just a bunch of scammers and will probably do the same thing later on with this app too.Show lessks88

Hands down the best app. I’ve tried about 20 other apps all asking for my email to even try it out. This one gives you the opportunity to try it and love it!!! I was a fan of the old app that has since been discontinued. Love the Gold and silver letter options! It’s a winner!!!!ESilverglide

I love this app and as much as I would love to give it 5 stars…it has started to act up. When I’m trying to edit the pictures and going through the filters, they stop proving a preview and no matter what I do gets stuck on one preview and I have to exit out of the whole thing. Lost Purchases due to change
I previously had Story Art App and made some purchases on there which haven’t transferred to Artory. Story Art app no longer worked and therefore I had to get Artory. Usually I love the app however I am unable to restore previous purchases and can see no way of contacting the app makers for some guidance. I purchased VIP lifetime membership & was loving the app until I tried to open & was told the app is no longer available in App Store. I deleted old app & downloaded new app but now having to re-purchase membership because they want a screen shot of when you purchased before?? I purchased in 2019, I don’t have a screenshot of my purchase from 2 years ago! Why can’t you sign into your account? So you purchase, they update the app to make you re-purchase?! Complete scam! I will NOT repurchase, I will find a better app & one that doesn’t try to rip people off! I will also tell anyone I can possibly tell not to purchase this app.Show lesschookabug

I currently have the original app on my iPhone xs. I paid for the “life” subscription. I have just bought the iPhone 12 Pro and the old app is no longer available on the App Store and has been replaced by this which needs a subscription for all the exact same templates I’ve already paid for! Paid for a lifetime membership on their old platform and now I’m told that if I just “make these few purchase” - NO PRICE GIVEN! I’ll have my “LIFETIME” Subscription renewed. What a scam!click360
