Mobile deposits are a pain in the neck.
The only thing I really use this app for is to deposit checks. The first several months it worked fine but now about half of my checks fail multiple times before they go through. I’m going to throw in the towel and start driving to the branch to make my deposits. This is ridiculous!Georgiapeachpie2018
Terrible
Not just the worst banking app, but one of the worst overall apps. Works about half the time if I’m lucky. Let’s you log in, but won’t display account information and gives an error when you try to deposit checks. Best case it works after several attempts, taking 10 times longer than it should. Worst case I give up and have to go to the bank to make a deposit. Tech CU will have one less account holder in the near future.Show lessibdosas
Won’t even launch on iOS 13
I didn’t like this app on iOS 12, and it’s so far completely nonfunctional on iOS 13.rcsheets
Horrible app
This app is horrible. Crashes and doesn’t work and it’s impossible to get in. I don’t even think it works for the new iPhone.Lisakob
Badly designed and numerous crashes
This app is REALLY badly designed. It also crashes on numerous screens. Come on TechCU, invest in better mobile banking solutions.Ja5o
