I don’t want this app!
Issues with live control
When I try to use live control, the device reverts to -5% power, no matter where I place the slider and no matter which button I press. How do I fix this issue?

Amazing! And wonderful customer service!!
Not only is this a wonderful device, but the customer service is incredible! I lost my charger, and when I sent them a message on their website, they replied the next day, and even promised to send me a new charger! They took my address and name and guess what..? It’s in the mail!! This is a wonderful company with an awesome product. The app is wonderful too, with lots of information, and it works great! I love lioness!
