Hello there, We feel sorry that this could be the problem caused by the delayed access to the App Store at that time. Please uninstall the current version and download this app in the Appstore with your AppleID account that already made purchases for this app. After entering the game, tap one locked level in the level selection interface to start playing, and tap the Restore Purchases button in the pop-out window. Usually, you can unlock the content by doing so. If you have followed the steps once but failed, please try to tap the Restore button multiple times after a period. Please email cs@yateland.com if this problem still can't be solved. Your purchase history screenshot and a video of the failed restore purchases process are of great importance to us.
