Excellent work around.
I had crypto funds saved up on a website I had used for years. It was recently blocked by the authorities. Asking the authorities for help was like asking a stone wall. This browser with its VPN helped me access the site so I could withdraw my locked funds safely. Top marks. Recommend greatly.
Security not so tough
I thought this would be a great app to block 3rd party data thieves and hackers from reading my keyboard that’s how that have access is via my keyboard trained hackers making a fake apple platform and a real apple platform to steal credit card information and charge my bank twice by making themselves look like the really Apple iPhone platform , but stlll this app that I trusted in doing the job just isn’t working as I suspected

suspicious background activity
best one of these ive found on the app store but tbh if you need real security from tor then ios is maybe not the best platform.
if you don’t force quit the app, it uses a lot of battery in the background. there’s been multiple updates to the app and this “problem” persists. the app doesn’t add a vpn configuration so it’s not tor for the whole phone’s network connection and it also doesn’t have a slider in background app refresh. interesting.

So decide if you really need this much security. The unpredictable crashes are off-putting.

Slow and full of junk and not configurable
I used Tor in the late 90’s, truly was the ultimate tool for anonymity, so I felt it was a decent idea to use it as it’s still going. It could only have got better. How wrong was I. It’s incredibly slow at start, unless you purchase the app at an extortionate price then you have to wait even longer to use the app. It’s not even configurable on the Home Screen. I don’t want loads of links to websites and apps on the Home Screen. I literally hate this app with a passion. I’d rather use Microsoft or chrome.

It works , built in vpn, I ain’t been busted for ordering Chinese midgets or rocket launchers yet
Abysmal
This browser app is not usable for free in any way. I used it for 11 minutes before giving up. Even indexed web pages that take me a split second to open on Safari take 30 seconds to open with this browser! Why would I use it? Despite not having loaded anything, it was active in the background. So, my 11 minutes of use came with 13 hours of background activity, which is extremely disproportionate. It gave me the impression that I was the one giving my iPhone for this app to use, not the other way around! 😆👎🏻🫤

This is my new phone and I’m not going anywhere else I can go with my family if you don’t mind if you don’t get back from me if I can make sure it doesn’t work and then you don’t want me to come in for you to go to the house and I will do the laundry and stuff like I have a couple hours of sleep I!
