๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜ฌ MIXED REVIEW ๐Ÿ˜– ๐Ÿค—

Elefun has placed a high priority on the telling of this story, aided by numerous cutscenes - but if I wanted to watch a movie, I'd turn to Netflix rather than Big Fish. Couple these multiple cutscenes with the notable lag time that occurs with each scene change and the resulting irritation begins to permeate the entire experience. Additionally, the whooping 33 HOPs (with jigsaw option) often contain tiny, indistinct pieces which can be difficult to see and therefor difficult to play. Such a shame because this is a beautifully illustrated game, uber long, filled (I mean packed)! with a superb mix of puzzles.

Fear for Sale

Fear for Sale was way too back and forth & repetitive. I have played 95% of these games and comparatively it just wasn't up to par, in my opinion.

Too Boring

This is a long game with a lot of back and forth and back and forth! The graphics are so-so and the storyline is kind of boring. I couldn't play the bonus game because I just couldn't take anymore of this game.

J'aime beaucoup ce jeu, trรจs intรฉressant merci pour la promotion ร  3.99$ CAN.

The usual plot, but good puzzles

I didn't think it would happen, but I am officially over the ghosts-and-demons, gleaming eyes, bad acting plots of Big Fish hidden object games. I do still enjoy the search for carefully obscured items, but this game actually made me use some of my other game skills to move on in the story.

My goal is always to avoid using skip, but a few random action situations are more annoying than challenging. This game has both challenging and annoying aspects, luckily more of the former than the latter. I was ready to move on to something else by the end because the plot is boring, but I did enjoy the bonus chapter challenges. Good length overall, by which I mean not too short.

Thanks, Big Fish.

Fear For Sale: The Dusk Wanderer

Good game, lots of twists and turns. My biggest complaint is that it takes too long to load between scenes.

Eye sore

Stupid, ugly, mechanically put together, pointless, incongruous eye-sores of interiors and exteriors, endless, boring, total patchwork, badly done ... completely devoid of taste on any level.

Likeable main character.

This had all I needed in a ho game. Scary a little. Challenging sometimes. Evil and good face off. Great story line. Sometimes I was a little unsure as what to do next, usually it was fairly clear.

Patn

Not a bad game. Length was excellent, both for main game and bonus, but it was very dark, as so many of these games are, which sometimes made it hard to find objects. Reasonable storyline. I did find it took ages to load from one scene to another. Worth the sale price.

Love the Fear for Sale games!

I LOVED this game and here's why:
The music! In some of the HOPs there was this piano music that was beautiful! And the slow, grinding heavy metal in the closing credits pumped me up ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
The mini games would actually show the solution when skipping a game. A nice little touch that I appreciated. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
The HOPs were incredibly unique and there are lots of them. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
I LOVE creepy games and this one did not disappoint. That baby... OMG!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
The map not only let you teleport, but it also showed you if you found all the morphing objects and collectibles. Sweet! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
When finding objects they are clearly name labeled so that you know where and how to use it. Another nice little touch. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
I loved the auto zoom button.
The game was long and so was the bonus game.

My only criticism is that I'd have to give a couple of the voice actors a C+. Haha.
